Our firm of seasoned trial lawyers has been demonstrating legal excellence for over 30 years. Our success has been built on a foundation based on reputation and results. We act on behalf of insurers in every capacity. Subrogation is no different. Since our inception, we have been working with our insurance partners by identifying files and recognizing subrogation opportunities. We take a common sense approach to subrogation. Our efforts bring timely and effective results for our clients. By partnering with insurers, as early as necessary, we have achieved significant success in recovering money and improving return ratios.

We have assembled a team of lawyers, at every level of experience, who understand subrogation and how to follow the most direct path to successful recovery. Our junior lawyers are always under the direction of more senior lawyers, all of whom are driven by results and a history of excellence. We make things happen, rather than watch things happen.

We understand coverage, the language of contracts, and insurance policies, and how they affect the viability of subrogation. The opportunities have a vast range and include losses involving fire, leaks, equipment failure, environmental damage, explosions, structural collapse, boiler, machinery, personal lines, property and commercial general lines claims. We want to work with you and achieve the best result possible on every claim we pursue on your behalf. Call upon us for your recovery needs.
