Since commencing articling at Dutton Brock in 2010, Elie has developed a broad civil litigation practice in areas such as general negligence, occupiers' liability and product liability law. While his practice is primarily defence-oriented, Elie has represented clients in both plaintiff and defendant litigation.
Elie received a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Yeshiva University in New York City and received his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2010.
Elie received the Dean's Award in Finance from Yeshiva University upon his 2007 graduation.
